1. Order Cancellations

Custom or Modified Orders
- Custom or modified orders can be cancelled within 48 hours.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Once a custom order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Eligibility

- You must inform us about the return within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be shipped back within 30 days for the refund to be processed.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (tags, box, pouch, documents, certificate, etc.).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

- An unboxing video is required to validate the claim.
- Claims made after 48 hours are not accepted.
- We will replace the defective or damaged product at no extra cost.
