Return & Refund policy

We offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. 


To cancel an order without any charges, one must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. You must contact us directly through email or message us at the contact number provided on our website. 

In the case of customized or personalized products, extra restocking or processing charges are applicable to cancel the order after 24 hours of placing it. It is because customized and personalized products are unique, and specially made for the order. Depending upon the progress of the customized product reached extra charges are applicable. 

  • For customized orders, if we have customized a diamond only, $20 is to be paid. 
  • For customized orders, if we have designed and manufactured the jewelry product, $30 is to be paid. 


To return the product, and claim a refund, you must inform us about the same within 30 days after delivery. We will not accept any return or refund request after 30 days of delivery of your order. One must connect to us through email or message us on the contact details provided on our website.

Customized or personalized jewellery with engraving or other specific details can not be returned or exchanged, as they are specially designed and manufactured for you as per the order. 

If you have received a damaged product from our side, you can claim a return for the product within 48 hours after delivery by emailing us or messaging us You must provide us with an unboxing video of the damaged products through email or our contact number. We will not accept any return claim for damaged products after 48 hours of delivery.  

We only accept return orders if they are unused and in the same condition you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. We will conduct a quality check on the returned product once we receive the product. We will offer a refund only if we are satisfied with our quality check. 

To return the order, we will give you specific steps and instructions. One must return the order following these instructions only. If you do not follow these steps, we are not responsible for any damage and loss of the parcel as well as it getting held back by the customs department. 

The shipping charges for the order returned are to be paid by the customers only. 


Refund is acceptable for orders that are canceled within 24 hours of placing an order or pass our quality check for the returned products. 

We will refund the amount in the account from which the order was paid for.
