Return & Refund Policy
At Minifora, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free return and refund experience. Please review the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. Order Cancellations
Standard Orders
- Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no additional charge.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or through the contact information provided on our website.
Custom or Personalized Orders
- Custom, personalized, or modified orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
- Cancellations requested after 48 hours will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- Once a custom or personalized order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Eligibility
To request a return:
- Contact us using the email address or contact information provided on our website.
- Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Approved items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including the jewelry box, pouch, tags, certificates, invoices, and any accompanying documentation.
- All returned items are subject to a quality inspection before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized jewelry, including engraved items and special-order designs.
- Jewelry that has been modified or manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Engraved products.
- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Rush production or priority processing fees once production has begun.
- Express shipping charges once the order has been dispatched.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is required to support your claim.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
- Once the claim is verified, we will repair or replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.
- Contact us at info@minifora.com for return and replacement instructions.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
5. Return Procedure
After your return request has been approved:
- We will provide detailed return instructions via email.
- Please follow the provided instructions carefully.
- Minifora is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, damaged, or held by customs if the return instructions are not followed.
- Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
6. Store Credit (Eligible Non-Custom Items Only)
For eligible non-customized products:
- Returns approved within 15 days of delivery may qualify for store credit.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
- Store credit must be used before its expiration date, if applicable.
- If a jewelry set is purchased, the entire set must be returned. Individual pieces cannot be returned separately.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for:
- Standard orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Eligible returned products that successfully pass our quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
