1. Order Cancellations

Standard Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
  • To cancel, contact us through email or the contact number provided on our website.

Custom or Modified Orders

  • Custom or modified orders can be cancelled within 48 hours.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Once a custom order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email or the contact details provided on our website.
  • You must inform us about the return within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be shipped back within 30 days for the refund to be processed.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (tags, box, pouch, documents, certificate, etc.).
  • A quality inspection will be conducted, and refunds are issued only if the item passes inspection.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery (initial pendants, special designs, modifications).
  • Engraved jewellery.
  • Items specially manufactured based on your order.
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
  • Rush processing fees (non-refundable once production begins).
  • Express shipping fees (non-refundable once dispatched).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notify us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or defective.
  • An unboxing video is required to validate the claim.
  • Claims made after 48 hours are not accepted.
  • We will replace the defective or damaged product at no extra cost.
  • Contact us at info@minifora.com for replacement instructions.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Replacement will be issued after inspection.

5. Return Procedure

  • Once your return request is approved, we will send detailed return instructions.
  • You must follow the instructions carefully.
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or customs delays caused by failure to follow instructions.
  • All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

6. Store Credit (Eligible Non-Custom Items Only)

  • Eligible items returned within 15 days will receive store credit.
  • Store credit cannot be converted into cash.
  • Store credit must be used within its validity period.
  • For jewellery sets, the entire set must be returned — individual pieces cannot be returned separately.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are offered for orders cancelled within 24 hours or for returned products that pass inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
